E-Waste Management
National E-Waste Recycling Program – E-Waste Management
At KTC India, we understand that our responsibility doesn't end at selling you our products.
KTC India has been working in the area of safe disposal of electronic waste. This thought is supported by our global policy, as well as the legislation passed by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), namely the E-Waste Management Rules, 2016, which came into effect on 1st October 2016.
KTC India seeks shared responsibility and cooperation from customers in reducing the environmental impact of their products.
KTC India complies with all applicable laws related to the E-Waste Management Rules, 2016.
KTC India has empanelled Namo eWaste Management Ltd., an e-waste recycling company authorized by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB), to collect, dismantle, and recycle e-waste across the country.

If you wish to hand over your old electronic products for responsible disposal, you may contact our recycling partner through the Toll-Free Number 1800-123-5124. The customer care representatives will guide you through the disposal process and provide details of the nearest collection or drop-off point for e-waste.
If you prefer doorstep collection, our recycler's reverse logistics team can arrange pickup from your location and channelize the collected e-waste to the authorized recycling facility for environmentally sound processing and disposal.
